Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Sorry for not updating this earlier but...

I got accepted to almost all my colleges!

Calstate Fullerton never responded back, but it turns out I needed a final transcript.  (my family and I could careless though so we just shrugged)

UCLA, not surprisingly, rejected me.  My SAT score was too low.

I got in to all my other schools however: Art Institute in Orange County, Laguna College of Art and Design, Otis College of Art and Design, and Art Center College of Design (the school where I submitted all 50 pieces from my Alice in Wonderland portfolio).

Towards the end I narrowed down my decision to two schools: Otis' Digital Media and Art Center's Entertainment Design Both have a very similar, very expensive cost of attendance.
After looking at the programs and the student work, I had to say Art Center's program seemed to show the best results as well as appeal to me better.

I did get some scholarship, but i know that after I graduate I'm going to have a huge loan to pay up.  Wish me luck

Look and see if you can get grants as well by filling out a Fafsa. Grants pretty much paid for my education, I only took out about $15,000 in loans to cover what the grants didn't. And make sure you fully understand the difference in Subsidized and Unsubsidized loans when taking those out. Right now my payments for loans are $211 bucks a month, which I can't pay and keep up with all my other bills, so save up lotsa money while you are in school to help pay for it later.

, its only 3 years less loans in the long run... BUT DO NOT DO HOUSING, if you can get an apartment... should u choose to go here... bwhaha.

Art center is all about competition among its students, they will make you into a machine of epic, but your own personal style will ulitimatly not shine through. Lots of hostile students, make no mistake if you go there you will be epic.
